I'm sure that I have the same look on my face when I enter my office building, but I have to remind myself that my time here keeps a lot of people fed and clothed, supports my parish, and may even contribute to society. It's not the building as it is my own attitude towards it, when my lazy self would rather be elsewhere.

fadedmirror, Indeed. "Work" demands a theology that is centered in relationships. The nights I come home hobbling and the mornings I can barely get out of bed area blessing I need to enter. It is indeed myself that keeps me from finding joy in it for the sake of fulfilling the Trinitarian image of God in me.
